ASTM E 1903-97(2002) Phase II Environmental Site Assessment

The primary objectives of conducting a Phase II ESA are to evaluate the recognized environmental conditions identified in the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the purpose of providing sufficient information regarding the nature and extent of contamination to assist in making informed business decisions about the property.

The bottom line is that our assessment confirms the presence, or not, of known or suspect contamination from present or past land uses, or contaminant sources on adjacent land that may have migrated onto the property being assessed.  The Phase II process is intrusive and as such involves the collection and analysis of media.
